Account Manager

• Support the organization’s transformation to a locally led, globally-connected network by coordinating communications and strategy between US revenue and partnerships, global business development teams, and the Strategy and Transformation node.
• Streamline and enhance internal communications systems and norms to support real-time and asynchronous collaboration across teams, functions, programs, and geographies.
• Liaise with the Transformation Architect and team to ensure alignment on brand positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, and channel strategy.
• Manage and coordinate across the organization with various communications, employee engagements, and internal/external appearances.
• Develop strategies for improved cross-functional education, including teach-ins, learning labs, AMAs, and job-sharing, that will drive org-wide understanding and efficiency.
• Ensure timely and clear flow of information related to revenue strategy, program strategy, and transformation progress to US-based and global teams.
• Provide project management for key strategic projects and priorities, e.g., key vendor analysis, CRM migration, etc.
