About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own a real slice of the Product Operations function, including rituals, product reporting, intake, change requests, and launch coordination
Work directly alongside the Product and Engineering Leadership team
Scope ambiguous problems, identify stakeholders, propose fixes, deliver solutions, and maintain them
Support and improve product operating rituals such as planning cycles, standups, forums, retrospectives, and reporting
Build automations connecting Linear, Slack, Canny, and other tools
Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Support, and Commercial teams to unblock execution
Maintain process hygiene through consistent reporting, clear change-request paths, and searchable decision tracking
Plan and execute team events
Consolidate feedback and bug channels into an intake funnel with triage stages
Design and roll out resourcing and headcount request processes with approval gates
Facilitate cross-functional workshops ahead of major launches

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in product operations, program management, product management, or business operations inside an Agile Product team
Experience building lightweight systems that stick
Experience automating manual processes
Comfortable working across time zones
Strong cross-team reach and ability to influence people who do not report to you
Experience with Linear, Canny, Canva, or similar tools
Alignment with Heidi's mission of improving clinicians' work
Ability to execute independently in ambiguous situations
Ability to finish tasks and solve messy problems end to end
