Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of professional frontend development experience
  • Deep expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS environments
  • Advanced proficiency with React and Next.js, including SSR, SSG, ISR, routing, data-fetching, performance tuning, and deployment models
  • Strong experience in monorepo environments such as Turborepo, Nx, or Bazel
  • Experience with shared libraries, build pipelines, versioning, and cross-team collaboration
  • Proven ability to design, build, and evolve design systems
  • Experience with UI component libraries, design tokens, theming, Storybook, accessibility, and system governance
  • Hands-on experience architecting frontends at scale, defining module boundaries, establishing patterns, and creating reusable primitives
  • Exposure to micro-frontend architectures, including module federation, runtime integration patterns, independent deployments, shared state, and UX consistency
  • Strong grounding in TDD, BDD, Playwright, Cucumber, unit testing, integration testing, visual regression testing, and end-to-end testing
  • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Codex
  • Ability to balance fast delivery with testing, observability, performance, and accessibility standards
  • Natural technical leadership, including mentoring senior engineers, defining technical strategy, and driving architectural decisions
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
