Maintain and manage Linear to track work, surface blockers, and support delivery across the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, operations, project coordination, or a software engineer turned TPM.
Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
Experience owning operational rhythms: running cadences, writing status updates, and keeping calendars under control
Hands-on experience with Linear or similar tools like Jira or Shortcut
