About the role
- Define and own the strategy and roadmap for Teams & Collaboration, including direct sharing, team management, and collaborative workflows.
- Ship features that enable clinical teams to jointly contribute to patient care — registrars sharing notes with consultants, nurses editing documentation, multi-specialty collaboration.
- Work closely with Design to create delightful experiences that make collaboration feel effortless.
- Partner closely with enterprise customers to deeply understand their workflows and build the best collaboration experience.
- Partner with Product Growth to design collaboration features that drive viral adoption.
- Partner with the Permissions Platform PM to deliver customer outcomes together — bringing user insights to shape platform priorities, and leveraging platform capabilities to ship faster.
- Balance immediate enterprise deal requirements with longer-term product vision.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years PM experience, with at least 2+ years building collaboration, team, or multi-user product features.
- Strong product sense and UX intuition — ability to craft experiences that feel natural and reduce friction.
- Experience shipping features in enterprise or B2B SaaS environments.
- Ability to move fast while maintaining quality — comfortable shipping MVPs and iterating quickly.
- Strong customer empathy and ability to translate user needs into product requirements.
- Growth mindset — thinks about how product features drive acquisition and activation.
- Healthcare or clinical workflow experience is strongly preferred.
