About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain financial models for growth investment, commercial planning and leadership decisions
  • Analyse revenue, sales efficiency, customer cohorts, payback, cash impact and operating performance
  • Surface trade-offs across growth, spend, cash and operational capacity
  • Support annual planning, quarterly forecasting and in-cycle performance reviews
  • Partner with commercial and operational teams to improve driver understanding and forecast accuracy
  • Own investor reporting, including recurring updates, KPI and financial packs
  • Coordinate reporting inputs across Finance, Data and Commercial teams
  • Own the revenue funding facility operating rhythm, including monthly reporting, quarterly lender reviews and annual renewal planning
  • Embed facility requirements into dashboards, controls, calendars and business-as-usual processes
  • Maintain the revenue funding facility model, including eligible revenue, covenant headroom and downside scenarios
  • Ensure funding inputs are accurate and reconciled across Finance, Data, Legal and Commercial teams
  • Prepare and submit lender reporting packs, drawdown requests and supporting analysis
  • Coordinate amendments, renewals, diligence and new funding capacity
  • Manage lender and advisor relationships
  • Surface risks, opportunities and decision-ready recommendations early

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4+ years in investment banking, transaction services, private equity, consulting or a similarly analytical role
  • Strong financial modelling skills and comfort working with imperfect or evolving data
  • Experience supporting funding, capital allocation, investor, lender or board-facing analysis
  • Strong commercial judgement and curiosity about what drives performance in a high-growth business
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention, payback, sales efficiency and cohort performance
  • Good working knowledge of cash forecasting, AR, collections, and working capital
  • High attention to detail and comfort owning work with clear deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication — able to turn complexity into simple, decision-ready outputs
  • Strong cross-functional operating style across Finance and non-finance teams
  • Bias to action: ability to build models, chase inputs, document processes and explain recommendations
  • Nice to have: exposure to funding processes, debt facilities, venture debt, revenue-based financing, investor reporting or capital markets work
  • Nice to have: experience with multi-market or multi-entity finance operations
  • Nice to have: experience improving collections, billing or revenue operations processes
  • Nice to have: exposure to BI tooling, SQL, Databricks, RevOps systems or modern finance tools
  • Nice to have: experience supporting growth investment cases, commercial planning or board / leadership reporting
