About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform Mechanical / Electrical troubleshooting, repairing, conduct maintenance & training on Digital printing equipment.
In Warranty, Charge Service or Service Contract situations.
Work with assigned qualified riggers to install new or used equipment that are sales generated.
Perform inspections on equipment and complete the proper documentation and attaching photographs.
Complete all paperwork in a timely manner (i.e., expenses, time sheets, escalation reports, online training courses, car maintenance etc.)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical degree is a plus, but not required
High School diploma or G.E.D. required
5 to 10 years of field service experience, or related work experience
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Good personality for customer relations
Good written and verbal communication skills
Moderate PC skills, i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft apps
Ability to travel with overnight hotel stays at approx. 50% to 75% of the time.
Willing to follow strict safety guidelines
Ability to pass background and drug screen
Clean driving record, company car is included.
