About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform Mechanical / Electrical troubleshooting, repairing, conduct maintenance & training on Digital printing equipment.
- In Warranty, Charge Service or Service Contract situations.
- Work with assigned qualified riggers to install new or used equipment that are sales generated.
- Perform inspections on equipment and complete the proper documentation and attaching photographs.
- Complete all paperwork in a timely manner (i.e., expenses, time sheets, escalation reports, online training courses, car maintenance etc.)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical degree is a plus, but not required
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required
- 5 to 10 years of field service experience, or related work experience
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Good personality for customer relations
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Moderate PC skills, i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft apps
- Ability to travel with overnight hotel stays at approx. 50% to 75% of the time.
- Willing to follow strict safety guidelines
- Ability to pass background and drug screen
- Clean driving record, company car is included.
