About the role
- Support General Managers in making their markets grow
- Understand and communicate marketplace dynamics to key stakeholders
- Formulate and analyze growth strategies
- Conduct marketplace analysis by digging into internal metrics
- Define and develop growth plans and experiments
- Analyze competitor growth strategies
- Make scalable recommendations for growth
- Set business analysis frameworks and enforce data best practices
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English and are eligible for VIE
- Natural problem solver & multitasker and proven self-starter
- Skilled in Excel and SQL (Python is a plus), with an understanding of data structures and visualisation tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships
- Willingness to get hands dirty, understand and execute in operations at all levels
- Ability to work autonomously AND love being part of a team
- Bonus if you know the mobility sector and use Heetch a lot!
