About the role
- Respond to user inquiries with empathy, responsiveness, and efficiency (channels: chat, email, phone)
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate offers/services
- Participate in lead conversion and commercial follow-up
- Collaborate with product, ops, and marketing teams to relay user feedback
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Care & Sales processes
Requirements
- You are curious and enjoy gaining a deep understanding by engaging with operational teams (technical and business) and connecting findings to the strategic vision.
- You are fluent in French and English and comfortable working in an international environment.
