About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide business oversight and validation of product enhancements using NAV and Middle Office expertise
  • Evaluate expected and unexpected outcomes against internal-user and client requirements
  • Champion application quality and testing standards across global teams
  • Partner with stakeholders in New York, Sofia, Cork, and Dublin
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Client Services teams to define testing strategies
  • Establish and maintain acceptance criteria, testing frameworks, and validation processes
  • Lead and perform User Acceptance Testing and client-specific Quality Assurance
  • Perform release validation activities and identify, prioritize, and manage defects and risks
  • Coordinate findings with relevant product owners
  • Promote automation and continuous improvement to increase testing efficiency and coverage
  • Facilitate business sign-off for releases
  • Contribute to rollout, adoption, and deprecation planning for new technologies, workflows, and processes
  • Define, execute, and review test scenarios for new functionality
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert and escalation point for business process, operational, and testing matters
  • Drive improvements in operational effectiveness, data quality, and client service delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in a NAV or Middle Office role
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Computer Science
  • Strong systems, product and process knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, dependable, approachable and committed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Demonstrated leadership and ownership of tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Interest in testing methodologies, automation, and continuous process improvement
  • IT literacy with familiarity of automation tools or testing frameworks
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, global environment
