About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Daily variance analysis between client billing and accruals
- Identify revenue discrepancies in real time in order to forecast future revenue accurately
- Support month-end closing activites including reconciliations and reporting
- Communication with numerous internal departments and stakeholders in relation to accounts receivable
- Various other accounts receivable tasks such as new client set-ups and assist in resolving any billing discrepancies
- Provide audit support by preparing documentation
- Working with a full ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Other daily ad-hoc duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
- Fluent English skills (minimum C1)
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiastic and energetic
- Strong attention to detail and well organized.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and succeed in a result oriented, high-pressure environment
- Ability to be flexible and work effectively both within a team structure and independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Take ownership of designated tasks.
