About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the execution of challenging tasks within the guidelines and procedures
Integral to your role is the reconciliation of cash and position recs
Work on ad hoc projects and tasks with the aim to make processes as streamlined and efficient as possible
Perform core tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Participate in induction training tailored to key topics related to your role
Gain exposure to the full fund valuation process, up to and including financial statements
Participate in blended graduate development programme mixing on-the-job training with classroom based and e-learning support
Pursue a professional qualification through our tuition support programme

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and well organized
IT Literate with an emphasis on Excel
Ability to be flexible, self-motivated, and work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
