About the role
- Post invoices, fiscal notes and other tax documents into the financial system, ensuring correct accounting classification and adherence to payment deadlines.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling payments to suppliers, service providers, and reimbursements.
- Support bank reconciliations by reviewing statements and identifying discrepancies.
- Manage and verify the company's reimbursement system, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents, keeping records up to date and accessible for audits and inquiries.
- Provide support to the Accounts Payable team with daily administrative and financial tasks.
- Assist in preparing basic financial control and tracking reports.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level).
