About the role

  • Responsible for carrying out the full scope of onboarding and AML activities for clients and partners.
  • Conduct annual periodic reviews of clients (KYC), partners (KYP), suppliers (KYS), and employees (KYE) updates.
  • Ensure information accuracy, regulatory compliance with global and local AML/CTF, suitability, FATCA and CRS requirements.
  • Work within the Onboarding and AML team in partnership with Compliance, Client Service, Sales, Risk, Operations, and Legal.
  • Conduct and execute the onboarding process for clients (KYC), partners (KYP), suppliers (KYS), and employees (KYE).
  • Perform due diligence on new and/or existing clients, partners, suppliers and employees.
  • Maintain accurate and auditable records of onboarding, monitoring, and review activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding, corporate documentation, and AML/CTF regulations.
  • KYC/CDD/EDD processes, especially periodic reviews/annual updates.
  • Desirable: AML/KYC certifications (e.g., CAMS).
  • Fluent English and Portuguese.
  • Preferred Experience working in Broker Dealer (DTVM / CTVM) Compliance Departments.
  • Tech/AI innovations.
  • Spanish.
