About the role
- Organize and conduct physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.
- Direct client participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
- Evaluate clients, develop appropriate treatment goals and methods, implement the physical therapy treatment plan.
- Design and fit adaptive devices, and train clients in their use.
- Consult with other rehabilitation team members to select appropriate therapeutic regiment.
- Actively contribute to client care, staffing conferences, and other related meetings.
