About the role
- You'll own and operate Business Development–driven revenue initiatives , and contribute to the design and execution of Heavnn’s broader commercial motion.
- Your responsibilities will include: Commercial growth initiatives Initiating and developing commercial opportunities Engaging with prospects and partners throughout the sales cycle Contributing to deal structuring and conversion Partnerships and external relationships Identifying and developing strategic commercial relationships Activating and managing partnerships with a revenue focus Representing Heavnn within relevant ecosystems Commercial execution & operations Running and improving BD-led commercial processes Tracking performance and learning from outcomes Participating in the structuring of tools, workflows, and reporting.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in a role related to Growth, Sales, or Business Development.
- Fluency and very good level in English (Strong C1, or C2 level), spoken and written.
- Fluent Spanish, French or German would be a plus.
- Previous experience in a startup or early-stage environment
- Previous exposure to fintech, legaltech, traveltech, or similarly complex products
- Experience working with international or remote-first audiences
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and build from first principles.
