About the role
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are processed and recorded accurately.
- Prepare regular financial reports, including the Income Statement (DRE).
- Analyze financial performance and report significant trends to senior management.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial data and compliance with accounting and tax deadlines.
- Monitor cash flow, financial forecasts, and budgets.
- Implement process improvements in financial management and internal controls.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and cost analysis.
- Monitor customer payments and supplier payment deadlines to prevent delays and penalties.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial best practices.
- Preferred: Proven experience in financial roles, preferably in advertising or digital marketing agencies.
