About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support end-to-end management of recruitment processes in partnership with the team leadership and hiring managers.
- Act as the focal point for organizing schedules, timelines and deadlines, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and hiring managers.
- Structure and keep our recruitment metrics up to date (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate funnel, most successful sourcing channels).
- Assist in creating simple reports and dashboards to provide visibility into the progress of recruitment processes.
- Support alignment of candidate profiles with leadership, bringing market data and insights to inform decisions.
- Lead panel interviews and conduct candidate interviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve our workflows and help implement practical solutions.
- Contribute to the DEI committee initiatives, helping ensure our processes are fair and data-driven.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Previous experience in consultancies or fast-paced environments.
- Desirable: knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Some experience creating dashboards.
- Experience in Talent Attraction and Selection, with involvement in all stages of the hiring process.
- Naturally organized, with excellent planning and time-management skills.
- Enjoy working with numbers and be familiar with recruitment metrics.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proactive, solution-oriented profile with a critical eye for improving processes.
