Attraction and Selection Analyst – Junior

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support end-to-end recruitment processes in partnership with team leadership and hiring managers.
- Act as the focal point for scheduling, timelines and deadlines, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and managers.
- Build and maintain recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate funnel, top-performing sources).
- Assist in creating simple reports and dashboards to provide visibility into the status of selection processes.
- Support alignment of candidate profiles with leadership, bringing market data and insights to inform decisions.
- Conduct panels and carry out interviews with candidates.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and help implement practical solutions.
- Contribute to DEI committee initiatives, helping ensure our processes are fair and data-driven.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
- Previous experience in consultancies or fast-paced environments;
- Knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.) is desirable;
- Some experience creating dashboards;
- Experience in Talent Attraction and Selection, with exposure to all stages of the process;
- Naturally organized, with excellent planning and time-management skills;
- Enjoy working with numbers and familiar with recruitment metrics;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets;
- Strong communication skills and ability to build good relationships with hiring managers and candidates;
- Proactive profile, solution-oriented with a critical eye for improving processes.
