About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes in partnership with team leadership and hiring managers.
  • Act as the focal point for scheduling, timelines and deadlines, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and managers.
  • Build and maintain recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate funnel, top-performing sources).
  • Assist in creating simple reports and dashboards to provide visibility into the status of selection processes.
  • Support alignment of candidate profiles with leadership, bringing market data and insights to inform decisions.
  • Conduct panels and carry out interviews with candidates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and help implement practical solutions.
  • Contribute to DEI committee initiatives, helping ensure our processes are fair and data-driven.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Previous experience in consultancies or fast-paced environments;
  • Knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.) is desirable;
  • Some experience creating dashboards;
  • Experience in Talent Attraction and Selection, with exposure to all stages of the process;
  • Naturally organized, with excellent planning and time-management skills;
  • Enjoy working with numbers and familiar with recruitment metrics;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build good relationships with hiring managers and candidates;
  • Proactive profile, solution-oriented with a critical eye for improving processes.
