Junior People & Management Analyst – HRBP
Heartman House Consultores. Support the execution and evolution of the main fronts of the People Cycle (Performance Evaluation, Career and Variable Compensation); .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the execution and evolution of the main fronts of the People Cycle (Performance Evaluation, Career and Variable Compensation);
- Organize and operationalize internal trainings, ensuring quality in delivery, controls and records;
- Manage the training platform (registrations, learning paths, access and reports), proposing continuous improvements;
- Support development initiatives such as Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and structured programs;
- Contribute to engagement actions and internal communication;
- Monitor area KPIs, organizing data and supporting analyses;
- Provide support to leaders on day-to-day people management matters;
- Assist in driving area projects, focusing on organization, execution and consistency;
- Apply a critical perspective to processes, continuously seeking ways to simplify, structure and improve efficiency — including through the use of technology and artificial intelligence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree completed;
- Previous experience in People & Management routines;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
- Organized, detail-oriented and disciplined in execution;
- Good communication, active listening and ability to build relationships with different profiles;
- Analytical profile with a genuine interest in continuous improvement;
- Interest in and/or familiarity with the use of AI tools applied to work;
- Ability to operate with increasing autonomy in a dynamic environment.
- **Preferred / Nice-to-have**
- Experience with training or development initiatives;
- Prior exposure to HR metrics;
- Practical experience or curiosity about AI tools applied to daily work routines.
