About the role

  • Conduct working meetings with clients
  • Contribute to Strategic Planning discussions, presenting insights
  • Perform complex analyses for operational or financial diagnostics
  • Prepare presentations and facilitate discussions with decision-makers
  • Map processes and support workstreams in restructuring projects, strategic planning, and PMI (post-merger integration)
  • Support the team in exploratory discussions to structure solutions
  • Propose improvements to methodologies
  • Perform other activities related to the role

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or related fields)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Consultative approach, strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking
  • Excellent presentation and overall communication skills
  • Knowledge of analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools and, where applicable, SQL or BI)
  • Availability for domestic and international travel is essential
  • Professional experience of at least 1 year
