• Install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes
• Complete installation closeout forms after a job is complete
• Educate and advise customers on system maintenance and functionality
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company standards
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless installation process
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety policies
• Work closely with installation technicians, installation coordinators, warehouse/inventory managers, and sales managers
• Complete jobs on time and within budget to help achieve the company’s financial goals
• Exceed customer expectations through high-quality installations
