About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, implement, and support collaboration related services and solutions for consulting clients
Work as a member of the HBS Collaboration Team that provides consultative and proactive project support to HBS’s account base
Build a customer-focused relationship with clients to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements to arrive at the best solution
Collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of the scope of work
Provide support, maintenance, and administration for HBS’ customers
Maintain current vendor/industry specific certifications and stay current on new products and solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

6 months to 1 year in a technical related field, internship, or equivalent
Associates degree, equivalent certifications or equivalent work experience
CCNA or Equivalent
Working knowledge of one of the following Collaboration solutions (Cisco On Prem and/or Webex, Zoom Calling, Microsoft Teams Voice)
