About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement, and support collaboration related services and solutions for consulting clients
  • Build a customer-focused relationship with client
  • Work as a member of the HBS Collaboration Team that provides consultative and proactive project support
  • Collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful and timely delivery
  • Provide support, maintenance, and administration for HBS’ customers
  • Maintain current vendor/industry specific certifications and stay current on new products

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6 months to 1 year in a technical related field, internship, or equivalent
  • Associates degree, equivalent certifications or equivalent work experience
  • CCNA or Equivalent
  • Working knowledge of one of the following Collaboration solutions (Cisco On Prem and/or Webex, Zoom Calling, Microsoft Teams Voice)
