Senior Inside Sales Representative
Heartland Business SystemsSenior Inside Sales Representative at Heartland Business Systems, supporting Solutions Consultants by managing sales process and client relationships for IT solutions. Fostering long-term consultative relationships and achieving sales goals.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acting in a support role to Solutions Consultants, responsible for introducing product offerings throughout the entire sales process to established accounts.
- Build long-term consultative relationships with current customers to expand services and improve results.
- Quote and process orders for high end solutions like phone systems, network and servers, virtualization, etc.
- Work closely with vendors/manufacturers to negotiate discounts and proper pricing.
- Manage all aspects of the sales, service, and support cycles from beginning to end to ensure delivery and installation as expected.
- Provide post-install support including follow up with customer to ensure concerns are covered and registrations are recorded for future tracking.
- Achieve individual sales goals and expected monthly sales goals.
- Maximize existing client business relationships as the main point of contact for all assigned customers.
- Act as the liaison between Accounting and Solutions Consultants for collection issues and any other problems.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in an Inside Sales/Account Specialist role in an IT related field
- High level of attention to detail, an aptitude to learn, the ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple projects
- Must be proficient using a computer and working with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to prospect, assess needs, overcome objections, and close sales via the telephone as well as in person
- Cisco Blackbelt and/or Microsoft AZ-900 Certifications
