Develop, implement, and support system related services and solutions for consulting clients
Build a customer-focused relationship with clients to identify business challenges
Collaborate across multiple internal teams for successful delivery of work
Provide support, maintenance, and administration for HBS’ customers
Maintain current vendor/industry specific certifications and stay current on new products

Requirements

What you’ll need

6 months to 1 year in a technical related field, internship, or equivalent
At least one year in a technical related field (preferred)
Experience working as a consultant
Associates degree or equivalent certifications (required)
CCNA or Equivalent (required)
VMWare VCA (required)
MS MCA (required)
Bachelors Degree or equivalent education/certifications (preferred)
CCNP, CCA-V, VCA-DCV, MCE (preferred)
