About the role

  • Develop, implement, and support collaboration services and solutions for consulting clients
  • Build a customer-focused relationship with client to identify business challenges
  • Research new products for selection and educate team members on these products
  • Provide senior level support and maintenance for customer networks
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of past projects
  • Stay current on new products and solutions by utilizing networks of resources

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical related field
  • 3-5 years in a technical related field preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience working as a consultant
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Installing and supporting Mitel solutions MiVoice Office 250, MiVoice Business, or MiVoice Connect
  • Certification in one of the above Mitel UC platforms
  • Strong VoIP troubleshooting skills
  • Experience deploying VoIP Protocols – SIP, QoS, G711/G729
