About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic marketing and business analytics support for suite of programs and projects in portfolio.
  • Collaborate and consult with cross functional business leads using data analysis to influence critical decisions and shape strategy.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks for program strategies, aligning data insights with program goals to assess performance.
  • Enhance, improve and/or create scalable measurement frameworks for program success, supported by self-service visualization tools.
  • Lead donor behaviours analysis and segmentation to improve engagement, acquisition, retention and value maximization of different donor segments.
  • Collaborate with IT to improve data pipelines and manage implementation efforts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree and a combination of applicable work experience.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience of Business and Marketing Analytics experience in a customer centered organization.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience (virtually would be an asset).
  • Experience working with customer databases, CRMs, and front-end reporting/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Solid experience and understanding of data to inform Multi-Channel marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Experience managing external suppliers and consultant relationships.
  • Exceptional skills using SQL, Excel, DAX, R, Python.
  • Exceptional understanding of digital tracking frameworks including strong skills using Google Analytics 4.
  • An understanding of donor experience would be an asset.
