Manage a team of Legacy Advisors and collaborate with regional Development teams
Develop and execute Legacy marketing and communication plans
Collaborate on complex estate gifts and charitable contributions
Implement execution of Legacy marketing and communication strategies
Develop stewardship strategies for Legacy expectants
Requirements
10 years of gift planning experience and developing strategic plans
3-5 years of people management experience
Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning
Ability to develop long-term, trust-based relationships with potential donors
Ability to translate technical, legal and tax-related language into plain English
Strong collaborator, with superior interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, with superior ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
Sound judgment and ethical decision-making skills
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and fundraising databases
Bilingual (French/English) an asset
