About the role
- Review historical sales contracts and related documentation
- Reconcile and update contract data within internal systems to improve reporting accuracy
- Analyze contract details and classify products into appropriate reporting categories
- Maintain high accuracy while entering and validating records
- Identify inconsistencies or unclear information and collaborate with team members to resolve issues
- Assist with sales operations process improvement initiatives as needed
- Support the Sales Operations Team with general administrative and data-related tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive business data
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a college degree
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data
- Ability to interpret information and apply logical reasoning to categorize data correctly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
- Organized and comfortable performing detail-oriented work
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Experience using data analysis or reporting tools to organize and analyze information
- Coursework or interest in business, operations, analytics, or information systems
