💰 $75,000 - $90,000 per year

About the role

  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Participates in the continual development of HR programs.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and buildup morale.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Identifies training needs and individual coaching needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
  • PHR or SHRM Certified Professional credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
  • Must be able to work at all levels of the HR stack.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
