About the role
- Lead development and execution of enterprise-level demand generation strategy and thought leadership programs.

- Partner with portfolio marketing and sales leaders to identify highest-impact opportunities that increase visibility and accelerate commercial outcomes.
- Create mechanisms (e.g., shared CRM insights, centralized data resources) to facilitate cross-company visibility, collaboration and demand generation.
- Build and oversee programs that connect executives and sales leaders with key healthcare decision makers and influencers.
- Drive a unified narrative and external presence for Hearst Health at highest-impact conferences, trade shows, and in media/analyst forums.
- Oversee design and delivery of internal events (e.g., leadership summits, marketing forums) that foster alignment and shared purpose.
- Serve as an ambassador for Hearst Health in external forums, representing the collective brand and thought leadership agenda.
- Own and manage portfolio of brand initiatives and refine for strategic alignment and impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B growth strategy, sales enablement, or marketing strategy with exposure to complex, matrixed organizations.
- Backgrounds that may be relevant include:
- Sales enablement leadership at enterprise B2B or healthcare technology firms.
- Agency experience (e.g., communications, growth marketing, or thought leadership development) serving C-level clients.
- Platform or “center of excellence” roles within private equity or venture capital organizations.
- Management consulting with experience in growth strategy or sales enablement.
- Proven track record in demand generation, sales enablement, or strategic execution, or marketing strategy—ideally across multiple brands or business units.
- Strong executive presence, including ability to synthesize executive feedback and guide to the “right answer”; able to engage credibly with C-suites, boards, and investors.
- Skilled at balancing high-level strategy development with disciplined project management and execution.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with limited infrastructure—building as you go—and operating as a “team of one.”
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of crafting and articulating a persuasive point of view.
- Experience working in or with healthcare technology, data, or services organizations strongly preferred.
