Requirements

What you’ll need

A working understanding of healthcare services data — ideally mental health specifically.
Strong data-schema and data-modeling judgment.
Instinct for how data fits into a product.
Real experience running data operations with a human-in-the-loop or annotation component.
You've owned KPIs for data accuracy and freshness.
Quality-systems and taxonomy thinking;
Comfortable working across product, engineering, and external partners.
Comfortable moving fast with limited scaffolding.
AI- / LLM-assisted curation workflows (nice-to-have).
HL7, FHIR, or other health-data interoperability standards (nice-to-have).
Experience building or maintaining a services dataset or provider directory (nice-to-have).
