Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A working understanding of healthcare services data — ideally mental health specifically.
  • Strong data-schema and data-modeling judgment.
  • Instinct for how data fits into a product.
  • Real experience running data operations with a human-in-the-loop or annotation component.
  • You've owned KPIs for data accuracy and freshness.
  • Quality-systems and taxonomy thinking;
  • Comfortable working across product, engineering, and external partners.
  • Comfortable moving fast with limited scaffolding.
  • AI- / LLM-assisted curation workflows (nice-to-have).
  • HL7, FHIR, or other health-data interoperability standards (nice-to-have).
  • Experience building or maintaining a services dataset or provider directory (nice-to-have).
