About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enroll patients in chronic care management and/or remote patient monitoring programs
Make outbound calls to patients and provide information about programs
Explain program benefits, patient financial responsibility, obtaining consent, processing device shipment, and enrolling in the program(s)
Ensure a seamless, complete, and effective enrollment process for patients
Be the initial point of contact for calls for pending enrollees
Manage a high open caseload until the enrollment process is complete
Provide exceptional customer service and positive experience for potential patients/caregivers
Navigate multiple systems and portals to input patient enrollment information
Achieve monthly new enrollee goals
Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

<5 years Experience in high-volume inbound and outbound call environment required
Enrollment/Medical Sales experience preferred
Must have poise and patience when dealing with patients
Comfortable communicating with patients over the phone
Overcoming objections and good problem-solving skills
Keen attention to detail and metrics-driven
Excellent time management skills
High computer literacy
Engaging personality with the desire to connect with the patient
High empathy and collaborative team player
Flexibility and openness as the role and responsibilities may change and/or evolve
