About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Enroll patients in chronic care management and/or remote patient monitoring programs
  • Make outbound calls to patients and provide information about programs
  • Explain program benefits, patient financial responsibility, obtaining consent, processing device shipment, and enrolling in the program(s)
  • Ensure a seamless, complete, and effective enrollment process for patients
  • Be the initial point of contact for calls for pending enrollees
  • Manage a high open caseload until the enrollment process is complete
  • Provide exceptional customer service and positive experience for potential patients/caregivers
  • Navigate multiple systems and portals to input patient enrollment information
  • Achieve monthly new enrollee goals
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • <5 years Experience in high-volume inbound and outbound call environment required
  • Enrollment/Medical Sales experience preferred
  • Must have poise and patience when dealing with patients
  • Comfortable communicating with patients over the phone
  • Overcoming objections and good problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail and metrics-driven
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High computer literacy
  • Engaging personality with the desire to connect with the patient
  • High empathy and collaborative team player
  • Flexibility and openness as the role and responsibilities may change and/or evolve
