About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Follow up on customer’s insurance policy statuses
  • Assist agents and other internal teams
  • Monitor internal platforms and record all updates in internal database system
  • Assist with insurance application status reconciliation
  • Update customer records with any new information
  • Work with agents and carriers to ensure proper enrollment status
  • Assist with resolution for any enrollment and quoting platform issues
  • Partner with different internal teams to provide/examine necessary data
  • Monitor internal enrollment platform and nightly processes to ensure accurate data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year in a sales or client services-oriented support role
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Capable of navigating databases, CRM systems
  • Knowledge of Medicare
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be self-directed and able to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Extensive phone skills, phone experience
  • Ability to provide coverage at night during certain times throughout the year
  • 1+ years Medicare Insurance carrier experience (preferred)
