About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and execute detailed manual and automated test plans on mobile and web applications
  • Ensure the seamless functionality of our systems
  • Coordinate testing activities, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs
  • Lead comprehensive regression testing to verify system performance after fixes
  • Drive the validation of test cases, ensuring they are thorough, effective, and aligned with business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3-5 years of QA experience
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes (i.e., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking software tools (i.e., Jira, Bugzilla, etc.)
  • Ability to implement test automation strategies
  • Proficiency in test case automation using Mabl or other QA automation tools
  • A solid understanding of SOAP and/or REST API’s is a must
  • Ability to understand complex business systems and developed functional specifications
  • Ability to use SQL and write queries
  • Knowledge of web services, HTML, JavaScript
  • Consumer Facing Mobile applications and Web experience
