About the role
- Lead multidisciplinary digital creative projects such as website landing pages, email campaigns and social campaigns from concept to execution while maintaining alignment with strategic goals and brand vision.
- Collaborate directly with product owners and stakeholders to understand goals and translate briefs into engaging creative solutions.
- Work closely with the Director of Creative Design to maintain and evolve brand standards.
- Contribute to and improve existing design systems and creative processes.
- Prepare and hand off production-ready design files to development with a clear understanding of how assets are built and optimized for web.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth implementation and perform creative QA when necessary.
- Stay current with digital design trends, UX best practices, and emerging tools and techniques.
- Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline awareness.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 6+ years of professional experience with a focus on digital design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing multidisciplinary design work, including web, email, and social
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Adobe XD
- Proven understanding of digital user journeys, UI/UX best practices and digital marketing tactics.
- Ability to interpret creative direction and take initiative to push ideas forward
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to create and iterate on paid and social media creative, aligned with performance goals
- Working knowledge of how to deliver optimized assets to development teams
- Copywriting and editing skills for short-form digital copy.
