Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new healthcare clients.
Enter, verify, and maintain accurate client data within the MedRelease platform.
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation experience.
Partner with Processing and IT teams to resolve technical or process-related issues promptly.
Track and meet strict deadlines to ensure timely client activation.
