About the role

  • Leads planning and execution for regional and national conferences including: Registration and sponsorship logistics, Exhibitor communications and deadlines, On-site logistics including show orders, shipping and handling, Internal coordination across various stakeholders
  • Serves as the primary point of contact between HealthMark and event organizers
  • Supports client-facing events, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality engagement
  • Ensures key milestones are tracked, documented and executed
  • Manages relationships with external vendors and agencies, including creative partners, promotional product vendors, event venues and conference service providers
  • Coordinates invoice tracking, cost summaries and budget inputs for marketing programs and events
  • Sources, prices and manages inventory for swag and other promotional items
  • Supports marketing team programs which may include lead generation, marketing campaigns, email marketing and website
  • Identifies gaps and risks in marketing processes and proposes improvements
  • Manages requests from other internal teams for marketing support
  • Updates content from other departments to ensure consistency with the HealthMark brand and style

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Experience with InDesign or similar is a plus
