About the role
- Process member requests (tickets).
- Search for doctors, clinics, and other healthcare facilities that suit the members’ needs most accurately.
- Interact with members via telephone and chat to assist and support an appropriate level of care.
- Partner with your leadership team and practice administrative or clinical staff to support the practice and members.
- Provide a WOW experience and care to HealthJoy’s American customer base.
Requirements
- Proficiency in the English language (Upper-Intermediate+ level);
- Exceptional communication skills (leverage effectively internal and external channels);
- High level of Empathy (presented in daily customer and peer interactions);
- Strong critical thinking skills (ask questions, gather relevant information, devise solutions);
- Solid level of accountability (follow through on commitments, take responsibility, deliver work on time);
- Ability to adapt to frequent change;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively;
- Proficiency in Office Suite and Google Programs;
- Experience in the Customer Support/Service field would be a plus.
