About the role

  • Process member requests (tickets).
  • Search for doctors, clinics, and other healthcare facilities that suit the members’ needs most accurately.
  • Interact with members via telephone and chat to assist and support an appropriate level of care.
  • Partner with your leadership team and practice administrative or clinical staff to support the practice and members.
  • Provide a WOW experience and care to HealthJoy’s American customer base.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in the English language (Upper-Intermediate+ level);
  • Exceptional communication skills (leverage effectively internal and external channels);
  • High level of Empathy (presented in daily customer and peer interactions);
  • Strong critical thinking skills (ask questions, gather relevant information, devise solutions);
  • Solid level of accountability (follow through on commitments, take responsibility, deliver work on time);
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively;
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and Google Programs;
  • Experience in the Customer Support/Service field would be a plus.
