About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support identifying areas of profitable growth opportunity
- Assist in developing and implementing planned improvements
- Support identifying key cohorts and opportunities for achieving short- and long-term membership growth and retention across product lines
- Work collaboratively with finance analysis, sales, and marketing to develop market growth plans to achieve membership objectives
- Support identifying key opportunities around revenue and medical cost management for profitable growth
- Establish a system to track and quantify program success including target opportunities, success/growth rate and cost of retention
- Collect and monitor competitive intelligence including benefit design and enrollment landscape providing insights and recommendations for future growth
- Coordinate and monitor vendor programs aimed at market growth and retention
- Participate in and assist with ad hoc projects such as member focus groups, annual Go-To-Market product planning, and sales training
- Coordinate with Product Operations teams to pro-actively identify and troubleshoot issues to resolution
- Performs all other necessary and requested product duties.
Requirements
What you’ll need- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- Some prior experience in the healthcare industry
- Ability to work independently
- Intermediate to expert level for MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills
