About the role
- Support internal business partners by designing, developing, delivering, maintaining, and evaluating continuous learning programs for internal (and external as needed) learners
- Design and develop eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual training, microlearning, job aids, videos, and blended programs
- Partner with SMEs to translate complex content into learner-centered solutions using gamification, social learning, microlearning, AI tools
- Use technologies like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Genially to create deliverables
- Contribute to program design discussions and gather feedback to improve effectiveness
- Guide development process from concept to implementation
- Support deployment of programs within the LMS and troubleshoot technical delivery needs
- Stay current on instructional technologies and guide training staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or related preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ related experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and curriculum frameworks
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Vyond, Genially, etc.)
- LMS administration experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across business functions
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Prior experience applying instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick, Bloom’s Taxonomy)
