About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all operations for a few processes/clients
- Ensure team meets SLAs and KPIs

- Participate in building solutions for new opportunities
- Guide and mentor junior associates
- Lead projects with higher complexity levels
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10 to 12 years experience in operations, training, quality, MIS, or process excellence
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English
- Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and MS Office
- Expertise in MS Excel
- Experience in managing clients and stakeholders at high levels
