Strategic Pricing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support pricing strategy and commercial modeling for large, complex deals
- Partner with Sales, Advisory/Consulting, Transformation, FP&A, and Operations teams
- Develop value-based pricing models that are competitive and aligned with margin targets
- Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, pricing approach, and margin expectations
- Validate pricing assumptions including cost structures and efficiency gains
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, Deal Desk, Strategy, or Consulting roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders at leadership levels
- Strong understanding of margin structures, cost drivers, and transformation economics
- Understanding of US Health Insurance Payer market is an added advantage
