About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with team and department leaders for the delivery of project-based activities
Provide estimates and project charter documentation for on-going and new initiatives
Maintain direct control over project planning
Develop and manage the overall program/project plans and timeline
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute the migration strategy
Identify and manage project risks and issues
Ensure that project deliverables are high quality and meet customer requirements
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders and executive leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree in related field
PMP certification is a plus
5+ years of experience managing large scale, enterprise-class, software delivery-based projects
Experience managing teams of 8+ resources within a matrixed environment
Solid understanding/experience of Project Management tools (Smartsheet is a plus)
Experience managing projects using the Scrum Agile software development framework
Preference for general understanding of healthcare payor workflows
