Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in business systems, sales/revenue operations, or GTM technology roles.
  • Proven, hands-on experience owning Salesforce end-to-end (configuration, flows, objects, integrations, data).
  • Admin-level Salesforce experience with a builder's mindset.
  • Experience partnering with GTM teams on AI strategy and implementation.
  • Strong systems thinking — you see upstream and downstream impacts.
  • Stakeholder fluency.
  • Data fluency.
  • Comfort with ambiguity.
  • Experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Workato , Boomi or similar) is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with the full GTM ecosystem.
