About the role

  • Own Platform Strategy Execution
  • Define and maintain a coherent product strategy across the platform portfolio.
  • Translate senior leadership direction into actionable platform roadmaps.
  • Identify cross-product leverage opportunities.
  • Drive Delivery Across Concurrent Workstreams
  • Maintain a prioritized, execution-ready product backlog.
  • Run or oversee sprint ceremonies across platform engineering teams.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies proactively.
  • Track delivery against committed milestones.
  • Lead AI Platform Product Development
  • Own the product vision and delivery roadmap for HealthEdge's AI platform capabilities.
  • Partner with engineering to establish reusable AI services.
  • Support Large-Scale Implementation Programs
  • Serve as the platform product representative on large-scale implementation engagements.
  • Influence Across the Organization

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in product management, with significant time in platform, infrastructure, or developer productivity domains
  • Demonstrated experience operating across multiple concurrent workstreams at the Principal PM level: setting priorities, making trade-offs, and holding delivery accountability.
  • Track record of shipping platform capabilities adopted by multiple downstream teams.
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • Meaningful hands-on experience with AI/ML product development: LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, or workflow automation.
  • Experience with developer tooling, internal platforms, or infrastructure products where the customer is another engineering or product team.
  • Excellent written communication.
