About the role

  • Identify quality issues and trends within the Appeals & Grievances (A&G) process
  • Review and help refine existing quality-assessment processes
  • Assist in developing remediation steps and solutions for the QA issues
  • Create simple monitors or trackers to continuously track trends

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Health Administration, Health Services Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Compliance, or related major
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Strong desire to dive in and help the team
