- Help build and maintain a functional partner product catalog organized by customer accounts
- Support documentation and mapping of partner product team workflows to improve clarity and efficiency
- Assist with administering partner surveys, collecting responses, and consolidating scores into clear summaries for project teams
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Business Analytics, Project Management, or related major
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business analysis skills
- Experience using Visio
- Intermediate experience with Excel
- Collaborative self-starter
