  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system performance improvement.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement strategies for recurring issues.
  • Mentor team members and document technical processes.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years in technical services or related roles.
  • ASP.Net, MVC, C#.Net, HTML, JQuery, Web Services, Web APIs, SQL Server (2008/2012).
  • Proven ability to deliver under deadlines and achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations preferred.
